SHIPPING

How can I get free shipping?
Yes. Once you reach the minimum order amount (usually €70.00), we will cover your shipping cost!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to international countries. During the checkout process, you'll have the option to choose your country from the list of shipping destinations.

How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation and you will receive a code to track your order. How long your order takes to arrive are specified during your check out process. For any inquiries, please feel free to email us at: support@heimessentials.de.

What is your return period?
If you wish to replace your product for another one or return your product for a refund, you may do so within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order.

Are returns free of charge?
Yes. You can send your product back to us free of charge within the 30 days window or if the product is broken.

ORDER

Can I make changes to my order (e.g. shipping address)?
Yes, if you need to make changes to your order please send an email to support@heimessentials.de with your order details within 1 hour after you placed an order.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please send us a message via Contact with your order details within 1 hour after you placed an order. Please indicate in your message 'Cancel my order'.

Can I order products which have been sold-out?
No. Apologies for the inconvenience. If you can't find the product you're looking for in our shop, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media for the latest product updates.

What happens when the product I ordered can no longer be delivered?
It is possible as an exception that the product you ordered can no longer be delivered. If this occurs, we will reimburse your payment. Of course, we will notify you promptly.

I did not receive my order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam email box. If you still cannot find your confirmation, please send us a message via 'Contact'.

What should I do when the product I ordered arrived broken?
If an item from your order is faulty or damaged, please send an email to support@heimessentials.de as soon as possible after receipt of item, but not later than 48 hours after delivery. We will review your request and arrange a replacement for you.

PAYMENT

I've returned a product, when can I expect to have my refund?
All returned product is checked for faultless condition (unused and in its original packaging if the product is not broken). The refund process takes place after that and the refund amount should be reflected in your bank account within 10 working days.
